Return and Refund Policy

At Farmsey, we take great care in delivering quality food products. Due to the nature of food items, returns are limited. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged, expired, or defective
  • The product delivered is incorrect or incomplete

To be eligible for a return, the issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photographs or videos of the product and packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened, used, or partially consumed food products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.

In cases where a replacement is preferred and available, Farmsey may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
