About The Founders

Swetha Sasikumar
Swetha Sasikumar, co-founder of Farmsey, holds an MBA in Marketing and has over five years of experience with organizations like Amazon, Guardian Link, Equitas Bank, and TCS. Through her journey, she recognized a gap between the purity consumers expect and the quality often delivered. Driven to create meaningful impact, she co-founded Farmsey with a vision of fairness, transparency, and a farm-to-home approach—bringing responsibly sourced, high-quality products directly from farmers to consumers with trust and authenticity.

Sanjeev Kumar
Sanjeev Kumar, co-founder of Farmsey, holds a BTech in Civil Engineering along with an MBA, bringing both technical insight and strategic vision to the brand. A native of Bihar—one of India’s key agricultural regions—he has closely witnessed the challenges faced by farmers, including unfair pricing and value erosion. At the same time, he recognized that consumers often lack access to truly pure, farm-rich products. Driven to create balance and fairness on both ends, Sanjeev co-founded Farmsey with a mission to bridge this gap—ensuring farmers receive rightful value while consumers experience authentic, high-quality produce directly from the source.
